Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
Unfortunately, our room's heating system was inconsistent. Despite turning down the heating, it reset to a higher temperature on its own, disrupting our sleep. The restaurant's early closing.

The venue is clean, the staff is efficient and friendly. The double room is huge with a nice view as well as big enough balconey. The service is good, includes convenient parking. Parking is not an issue, as it's close to hotel.

Visp is a charming town with good eateries, and I stumbled upon some gems nearby, like Suphanya Thai Restaurant and Brasserie Restaurant Fux, serving up delectable dishes. The hotel breakfast was a fresh feast of options, perfectly fueling my day of exploration. Plus, my room had a lovely balcony to take in the mountain views.
We had a lovely coffee spill incident next door that dampened our spirits a bit, especially with no offer of a comp for our drinks. Thankfully, the hotel still managed to shine with its spacious and charming atmosphere.

Easy access, comfortable, nice design features, good breakfast.
The electrical outlet and above bed lighting were broken. We ran out of toilet paper and tissue on the second day.

The stay here was very nice, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with great and fantastic location adjacent to close to public transport.

Just one night sleep in order to reach the train to Zermatt. Even to a norwegian, this was a very expensiv hotel for only one night with breakfast.

Central hotel, it offers incredibly nice breakfast and good-sized and recently refurbished rooms. The room is reasonably priced. It has modern interior design and nice view of the town. The accommodation is in the middle of the town. Love eating outside and there's Brasserie Restaurant Fux, set a short walk to the venue. When I am in Visp, I like staying here.
